bootable USB disk with an internal SSD save partition

@puppy_BYTE show how to create a SAV partition along with a windows 11 install. Bootable puppylinux usb is also created. Since puppy save folder doesn't get loaded into ram it should be installed in faster internal SSD. Two puppies are demonstrated here.
