Best ways to avoid Amazon suspension over 3 day Yom Tov - ED Rosenberg

This is necessary even if you completely shut down your Sellers account over YT There are 3 options to do. 1) Close down completely (FBA / FBM) How to do this? go on vacation mode (Settings / account info / listing status. that takes care of FBM only. For FBA, go to manage inventory, filter by FBA, select all, close listings (or convert all to FBM and put qty to 0) 2) Close FBM only - Go on vacation mode 3) Keep both open Major issue to be concerned about with all 3 options: A) contact response time B) Late shipment What not do to: 1) Do not mark as "no response needed" and then respond Motsai Yom Tov. This is a violation that sellers are hit with. 2) Print out all labels Monday night and actually ship on Tuesday (Teapplix anyways wont update till you ship it on Tuesday) Solution for contact response time. A) software such as Fusion or Reply Manager a) Fusion: http://www.xsellco.com/fusion?promo=SGTG25 b) ReplyManager: http://tinyurl.com/RMASGTG (using this link will give you a 21 day Trial and 25% off for 3 months. Use auto / replies with Templates) Solution for Late shipment. Change handling time and close all premium shipping. This has to be done even if you shut down Amazon completely for the pending orders that may slip through after you close down. **** How to Change handling time in bulk:******** 1) Inventory -» Inventory Reports 2) Open Listings Report Liter (gives you MF sku and quantity). Download. 3) Top column A, B is seller-sku, quantity. Change to sku ,quantity, leadtime-to-ship 4) Column C header is leadtime-to-ship. Populate value for all skus to desired handling days (default 2 business days, change to 4 or whatever you want) 5) Save as tab delimited file. 6) Go to Inventory -» add products via upload -» check and upload your inventory file 7) Upload file. File type -» Price & Quantity File. Upload. 8) You can double check by going to item, Offer, Fulfillment Latency. (you can upload just one item first time to make sure you did it right.) **** How to Change handling time in bulk:******** Other issue to be concerned with: 1) Return Dissatisfaction rate. Return authorizations need to be answered within 48 hours.
