Black Mesa - Public Beta Jump Height Issues
In the newest public beta build of Black Mesa, I've noticed that Freeman's jump height has been slightly reduced. This usually doesn't cause much of a problem so I was able to shrug it off for awhile. However, in the starting area of Hazardous Materials is a jump that is impossible to make with the reduced jump height, resulting in some serious problem solving to overcome an obstacle that should have just been a simple jump. I don't know if anybody else has experienced this problem, but it isn't in the "Known Issues" section of the patch notes. I suspect that this isn't a problem in Xen, and for that reason it was not noticed by the devs.
