2019 INFINITI QX30 - Intelligent Cruise Control (ICC) (if so equipped)

"This video is copyrighted material of Nissan North America, Inc. and should not be copied, edited, or reproduced without the permission of Nissan. If your vehicle is equipped with the intelligent cruise control, or ICC, system, it works similar to a standard cruise control, but with the added feature of maintaining a selected distance from the vehicle in front of you. The set speed range begins at approximately 20 miles per hour. Pull this lever toward you to turn the intelligent cruise control ON. This action also sets the cruise to the last saved speed. At the bottom of the vehicle information display, the vehicle speed appears briefly. You’ll also see the vehicle ahead, when detected, the distance to the vehicle ahead, and your vehicle. Accelerate to your desired speed. Now, press this lever up or down, and release to set the intelligent cruise control. Lift this lever up until you feel a pressure point and then release it to increase the set speed by one mile per hour. If you wish to decrease the set speed, push this lever down until you feel resistance and release it. The set speed decreases by one mile per hour. When you lift this lever up or down beyond the pressure point and release, the speed increases or decreases to the next 5 mile per hour increment. For example, if the vehicle speed is set at 62 miles per hour, and you lift the lever beyond the pressure point, it will go up to 65 miles per hour. But if it was at 60 miles per hour and you lift it up beyond the pressure point, the vehicle speed will go up to 65 miles per hour. The ICC system maintains the speed set by the driver when there are no vehicles ahead in the traveling lane. When a vehicle is traveling ahead, the ICC system adjusts the speed to maintain a set distance from that vehicle. If the vehicle ahead comes to a stop, the vehicle decelerates to a stop. Turn this knob clockwise to increase the ICC following distance, and counterclockwise to decrease the distance. When the vehicle ahead decelerates rapidly, the ICC system sounds a warning chime and illuminates the distance warning light alerting the driver to take action. When the vehicle traveling ahead has moved out from its lane of travel, pull the intelligent cruise control lever or push the accelerator pedal briefly. The ICC system accelerates and maintains vehicle speed up to the set speed. You can turn off the intelligent cruise control by pushing this lever away from you or pressing the brake pedal. Please see your Owner’s Manual for important safety information, system limitations, and additional operating and feature information."
