HP Pavilion DV6t-6000 System Freeze Up Documentation #1

Already been returned to HP once for repair but they sent it right back to me with nothing done to fix it. Now that I am 3 weeks without this brand new laptop, I am still waiting for them to get back to me with a resolution.
