Combination System by Air + Water O-Jung CP combination system of cable granulator uses air and watertogether to separate copper and plastic skin after chopping cables in fine particles. The advantage of combination system is highest recovery of copper and it has each advantage of dry and wet cable granulating plants. WS Cable – Wire Stripper WS 801 & 802 Series These cable stripper is engineered to strip 2~100mm on three independent working tables and all main blades are perfectly made to strip cable in one cut without requiring extra manual job. It consists of three different stripping blades in one machine. On left, two round blades (up – down vertically) are assembled and are adjustable max. 100mm (up-down & left-right) by levers. Supporting rollers (up-down) pull cables tightly by strething straightly cables for complete stripping and pull out stripped cables with high speed. In the middle, there are six holes to insert cables 2~13mm and behind, sharply grooved steel rollers (up-down)stretch cables with high speed to ensure straightness of cables and complete stripping. On right, two flat blades (righ-left or up-down) strip outer skin of inside multi cables quickly and adjustable in width. Also up-down adjustable gear rollers hold cable tightly to strip cable completely and pull out. The system is designed very simple and easy replacement of blades are made within few minutes as well.
