Broken HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus blue screen error. Meg Whitman your company sucks
HP makes crappy products. My $300 HP Office Jet Pro Plus that is less than a few months old and have printed maybe less than 20 sheets is now broken. And to make it worse the blue error screen message that comes up only shows up for less than a second, so it makes it near impossible to see the error code and tell the HP customer service rep the error code number. I finally had to grab my camcorder to take a video of the problem and pause it at that exact second to see the error. Why would HP do such a stupid thing and make it so difficult to troubleshoot their crappy product. Please Meg Whitman, do something about the stupidity at your company. Service Ticket #8067958357
