If WhatsApp Business for iOS is not available in your country and you cannot install the beta version from TestFlight (because the beta program is full on TestFlight), you can try to create a second Apple ID (setting as country 'Mexico'), because sometimes switching the country for your main Apple ID might not work (and I don't recommend to do it, you might experience issues to switch the country back). Create a second Apple ID, this is the best legitimate solution!
