Gloria - Salute to the Almighty
Everyone practising Yoga should be familiar with "Salute to the Sun" or "Sun Salutation". In 2015 I decided to put together a sequence called "Salute to the Almighty" and also composed and recorded music for that. The physical aim for this sequence is to target as much muscles as possible, especially the problem areas. The sequence repeats 4 times right and left.
