Doom Eternal Drunkthrough Part 9 - Possessing a Revenant and the Super Shotgun We begin by hearing Vega's comforting voice tell us our super shotgun is nearby and we should figure out how to get that. The floor drops below, and we are introduced to a new enemy type, a Cueball. It works much like a game of pool, where we shoot him and he goes flying into another group of enemies and explodes. Just like in pool. Continuing to explore once the madness has died down, we come across a strange set of podiums, that we put both our hands on. Doing so, allows us to take control of a Revenant that is captured nearby, and using his body, we fly around and blow up his fellow demon friends. By the end of it, we are rewarded with the super shotgun, which we bring back to our doomguy body to use. We are then treated to a tutorial on how to use the meathook, or a grappling hook that attaches to enemies to pull you towards them. We spend the remainder of the episode exploring the facility further, and find one of those bonus events where we have to kill all the demons in a certain amount of time. This takes us several tries, and we decide by the end, that this will be a good place to take a break.
