Max Terror Stacks without Action Skill End! Easy Cooldown Trick / Borderlands 3

Here's a trick (glitch?) you can use with Fl4k and Amara to get max terror stacks without waiting for your action skill to end! With Fl4k you need to use Gamma Burst and have the anointment "On Action Skill End, apply Terror to yourself every 5 seconds for the next 18 seconds."
