Kildare Says No/Peaceful protests/Naas, 16 March 2024
Protests are ongoing in Naas, County Kildare over government plans to house “over 300 families” on a site at Flood's Cross in Newhall. We are a community made up of many nationalities We are happy together Our government are a disgrace We are bursting at the seams We do not have the amenities for the people who live here already, happily together We are struggling ,but managing these resources Housing, Education, Health But we are doing it together The surge of thousands of people in a short amount of time is ludicrous, it's unbelievable but they are trying their best to make us accept this under false pretences , a lie and using the Ukrainian people to facilitate their agenda , it's wrong and we the people who live happily in Ireland, do not accept it, we do not consent WE DO NOT CONSENT
