On the mic at Radio Gibbon is 29-year-old Chanee, a young Frenchman who is dedicating his life to saving Borneo's endangered gibbons. In between playing the latest hits, Chanee broadcasts adverts about wildlife protection. Meanwhile, upriver is a unique sanctuary in the middle of the forest. It is here that Chanee brings the gibbons he has rescued. Chanee and his team have saved the lives of countless animals, but they must continue to work hard to secure the future of sanctuary and, with it, the future of Borneo's gibbons.
