Hannes Röst, Improved Sensitivity and Duty Cycle of Data Independent Mass Spectrometry
Hannes Röst, University of Toronto, presents "Improved Sensitivity and Duty Cycle of Data Independent Mass Spectrometry using Ion Mobility Separation" at the EMSL Xchange Seminar Series on December 10, 2020. Röst presented his software development and fundamental research on using data-independent acquisition mass spectrometry. He discussed adding ion mobility separation and how they can apply it to peptide and small molecule analysis. Röst is Canada Research Chair in Mass Spectrometry-based Personalized Medicine and Assistant Professor at the University of Toronto. http://www.roestlab.org/
