"Valdez" - The Ring Road City in Cities: Skylines #028
Note: "City Quay" makes your Path Units shoots up, grinding your city to a halt, don't use it !! https://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/threads/cities-skylines-epic-games-bus-lines-are-broken-and-buses-despawning.1575492/page- #post-28846204 Based upon YUMBL's suggestion that many real cities in the world are actually surrounded by a so called ring road and the fact I was 'done' with fixing disasters in Yakatorian Troubles and weasel my way in BoomTown, I decided to start totally FRESH. No limitations, the only thing that had to be done was laying out the first infrastructure using unlimited money for the first few episodes.
