I’m trying to do something a little different... My videos are all unedited, unrehearsed,unscripted and I leave all the mistakes in, I never edit them out. Often, I’ll include my seven year old son in my videos, when he interrupts me, I keep it in, When sirens and auto horns interrupt me, I keep it. Often when I watch musical gear demo videos, the production quality is so slick, it looks like a TV show, and although I enjoy it, I enjoy the behind the scenes stuff way more... I want to see what these musicians REALLY use, what are they using in their own home? Not the fake,promotional videos they are paid to demo, what do they really, really like?.. I want to see the real stuff, the real person, What it’s like at work,the atmosphere, the patter.. The way it feels to be there. I want to see everything, warts and all... That’s the way I do things here, I turn the camera on, and I talk...just like at work. Getting back to the music.. You need to also understand that the lines I say here are often things I repeat over and over,every day for 25 years..it gets “less than challenging” and definitely repetitive.. I try to make things enjoyable for myself as well, Because if I’m bored, I’m not motivated, If I’m not motivated.. I’m not putting out good content. The guitar playing is my first love, it relaxes me,and allows me to express myself musically,and I’m pretty good at it..I can play most styles of music pretty authentically,and soulfully...or a least I can fake it pretty well. If the guitar stuff bores you, look for the guitar icon 🎸in my video titles, Those are always musical videos, Some are only introduced with guitar, But a few,like this one..are all music.
