Urinary Iincontinence, Retention. Prostate enlargement.Foley Bladder Catheter Insertion and Removal
Safe and Sterile Method Insertion Indwelling Urinary Catheter Through Urethra on Male Bladder With the help of this short video I will try to show the male audience how it is possible to insert a catheter into the bladder through the urethra, penis, using this new method, easily, naturally, conveniently, sterile and safely for draining retained urine. And a more humane and natural solution to this eternal urological problem, instead of the barbaric Suprapubic method, piercing the abdomen to enter the bladder. Unfortunately, as men age, many face urinary problems for various reasons. That's why I'll use this video to show some options for finding emergency solutions. All men, as soon as they begin to experience problems such as urinary retention or complete cessation, immediately consult a doctor, and in extreme cases, an ambulance takes them to the hospital, where experienced nurses try to insert a catheter through the penis into the urethra and empty the bladder. After the catheter is placed, the bladder should be allowed to drain continuously for at least three days. To do this, they fix the catheter with 6-7 ml of liquid in the form of a ball on the head of the catheter to prevent its spontaneous exit from the bladder. When a Foley catheter is inserted into the bladder to drain residual urine, the bladder is emptied under abdominal pressure until it is completely reduced to a wet, crumpled rag.Further, urine from the kidneys flows into this unusual environment through the ureter and, passing directly through the cloth folds of the compressed bladder, is forced under pressure into the holes on the head of the catheter and passes through it further, connects to another hose and drains into a bag. So, the bladder stops discharge its own urine, but only allows droplets of raw urine constantly excreted from the kidneys to pass through itself. In urology, another method of direct emptying the bladder from the outside is also practiced: the suprapubic method, which is not discussed in this article. In either case, urologists convert the bladder into a ditch, insert a catheter into this compressed area, and through it, droplets of kidney urine are drained out and collected in bags. After much deliberation, I've come to the conclusion that these urine collection bags can safely be called death bags. It's been irrefutably proven that constantly collecting urine in different bags instead of the bladder leads to serious consequences over time. That's why I've taken it upon myself to educate men about this dangerous treatment method, as it's a very common and sudden condition in otherwise healthy men. I hope my knowledge will be helpful. I wish you all the best, good health, and hope.
