DOOM Eternal Bug - Stuck in Super Gore Nest - Had to reset mission!

They have re-defined the nightmare difficulty on this one! Had to reset the mission and lose my progress because of this stupid bug. I destroyed the totem, attempted the secret encounter then died, loaded checkpoint and the teleporter was completely blocked. As you will see in the video I thought completing the encounter would unlock the teleporter. NOPE. Loading from checkpoint did not help. The teleport was still blocked. I had no ammo after the totem so it was pretty hard to beat. This is on Nightmare difficulty.
