Mass Effect 3 if Jacob Taylor died Cutscenes (Renegade FemShep) (At Gellix)

Just some cut scenes if Jacob Taylor did not survive the collector base mission. It is interesting. I did not know why he died. I did his mission and he was loyal. Plus no one else was killed during the approach to the collector base as well (All were loyal as well). I also lost Samara as well later on. She led a Fire Team. She was killed when we linked up. Note my Shepard is called Caroline Shepard: Earth Born and Ruthless.
