running injury recovery | am I going to stop running every day?!
running every day day 1167 what's up my beautiful people! some of you already know if you follow me on instagram or strava that I've been dealing with an injury in my left calf/posterior shin for the last week. It's the same pain I felt when I injured myself just before finishing year 2 so I'm trying to take the necessary steps to help with recovery while keeping the streak alive!
