Assassin's Creed: Revelations - Gameplay - Part 11 - A Little Errand

The game starts with Desmond Miles who is now in coma because of the frustration and guilt of killing Lucy Stillman in AC: Brotherhood. His colleagues connect his mind with the Animus to keep his mind intact. Desmond awakes in the Animus Island where he meets Clay Kaczmarek (Subject 16) whose consciousness has been preserved by the Animus. Clay tells Desmond that his mind is scattered all over the Animus. In order to repair it he will have to relieve the life of his ancestors one more time so that the Animus can separate Desmond from Altair and Ezio. So Desmond enters the portal of the island that places him with the mind of Ezio.
