We hooked it up to our SD card, and watched Frozen. Our two kids just loved it! Now for the technical aspects. It was easy to install the SD card into the slot on the projector and it recognized it straight away. Did not need calibrating, just turned it on. The sound, as expected was not the best quality. If you wanted the high quality sound, you would need to hard wire it, which could be a challenge if you are mounting it to the ceiling. We didn't do that but hooked up regular speakers to it ontop of a coffee table, and it worked great! The picture quality is quite crisp and clear. We did have it in a dark room, and the picture was great! It is also nice and portable. We can't wait to use this in the summer against our garage door with the neighborhood kids in the driveway! Overall, great for the cost!
