Kaperdon's Lets Play Civilization III part 2

Hello viewers, here is the second part of my lets play Civilization III series, this time with actual game play. Still no game audio, but I believe I have solved that problem by my second set. If it doesn't get fix as well as I had hoped, I'll try to fix it by part 6. Hopefully that is not the case. Other than that, I hope you enjoy this part, or at least find it somewhat informative.
