Is Splitting Steel Champion a good League Starter for POE 3.18 Sentinel? We will find out soon enough, but in this video I'm sharing my early thoughts on this build based on how it plays in 3.17 Siege of the Atlas... Path of Exile Steel skills such as Splitting Steel, Lancing Steel, Shattering Steel have been moderately popular in a few PoE expansions, but are not known well enough to become main stream - so far anyway.
