On-scene footage of an injury collision

INCIDENT DESCRIPTION At 6:17 pm on March 21, 2023, Engine 26, Engine 27, and Medic 26 responded to a motor vehicle collision at 6720 East Marginal Way S in the Georgetown neighborhood of Seattle, WA. It appeared that there were at least two patients since two patients were transported by AMR in most likely stable condition. There also appeared to be two vehicles involved. There was no official update. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- VIDEO TIMELINE 0:00 - Second patient loaded into ambulance, tow truck moving in 0:22 - 1x SPD repositioning 0:30 - First AMR ambulance transporting first patient 0:50 - M26 leaving scene- NOT transporting 1:01 - E26 leaving scene 1:18 - SDOT repositioning 1:31 - Tow truck moving in 1:40 - E27 leaving scene, 1x SPD slicktop repositioning 1:59 - Tow truck moving in, 1x SPD leaving scene 2:13 - Second AMR ambulance transporting second patient, 1x SPD leaving scene / escorting? 2:21 - AMR supervisor leaving scene 2:35 - First vehicle being towed 2:43 - Second vehicle being towed ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- UNITS SFD units dispatched were: E11 (cancelled) E26, E27, and M26. SFD units seen in this video were: E26, E27, and M26. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- BEHIND THE SCENES The most interesting part of this incident was the large AMR response. Luckily it doesn't seem like anyone was seriously injured, but it's still super unfortunate that people were hurt. It appeared to be quite an effort to extricate the patient out of the pickup truck, which is not shown in the video. The AMR supervisor is a rare sight on the roads. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- CREDITS This channel and its content is inspired HEAVILY by LucasFirebuffing's channel, "SeattleTrafficCams."
